Helrom opens Brenner route between Regensburg and Verona
With the new connection between Regensburg and Verona via the Brenner Pass, Helrom is expanding its route network and offering a sustainable alternative for freight transport across the Alps. The new route will start on October 24 and will allow CO₂ emissions to be reduced by 90 percent.
New Düsseldorf–Budapest connection
With the expansion of the route network to include the Düsseldorf — Budapest connection, Helrom now offers an even greater range for sustainable and barrier-free intermodal freight transport in Europe. The new route enables shippers and freight forwarders to reduce CO₂ emissions by up to 90 percent while using a reliable and efficient transport solution.
Helrom launches exclusive block train for AUDI AG
With the official launch on April 4, 2024, the first exclusive Helrom block train for Audi got underway. The project is a cooperation between AUDI AG, the Duvenbeck logistics group, bayernhafen and Helrom.
Helrom appoints Director Business Development
Jan Brockhaus, a proven expert in strategic corporate planning, data analysis and organisational development, is taking over the position of Director Business Development at Helrom GmbH. The graduate physicist and doctor of economics most recently worked as an associate partner at McKinsey.
Helrom agrees loan financing of 34.5 million euros
The loan is 50 percent between Deutsche Anlagen Leasing (DAL) and the major French bank Societe Generale. Helrom GmbH’s first debt financing is asset-based and secured and designed as a platform for Helrom’s further financing initiatives.
CFO and COO – Helrom fills key positions
With Wolfgang Maier, a renowned and experienced top manager in rail freight transport joins Helrom as Chief Operating Officer. Matthias Herrmann will become Chief Financial Officer. He has international experience in corporate finance and accounting.
