Block train
Integration into the supply chain.
The Helrom Trailer Rail can be optimally integrated into the supply chains of industrial companies. As an exclusive block train, it connects production sites and suppliers. The CO2e emissions of transportation are sustainably reduced.
Route planning and route set-up.
We advise on the most efficient routing, organize suitable transport routes and set up the loading hubs. We also provide daily transport and loading from a single source.

Our barrier-free loading without terminals is fully compatible with all types of truck trailers, including non-craneable trailers and refrigerated trucks. The trailer is uncoupled and moved easily onto the wagon.

A level ground next to the track is all that’s required for loading. Construction times and investments in special terminals are eliminated. Entry into intermodal transport is possible more quickly than with other systems, often with just a few months’ lead time.

Drop-off
You bring your truck trailers to the Helrom loading hub and park them in our parking lot. Our employees take care of the rest. With our own tractor units, we ensure proper and safe loading and punctual departure.

Transport
The trailers are transported to their destination in dedicated Helrom trains without stopping. We are fully responsible for the transport and time-tables, from start to finish. You know where your trailers are at all times.

Collection
Once they arrive at the destination, the trailers are unloaded by us and are ready for collection at a parking lot on time. Our customer service team is available around the clock to answer any questions you may have.

The globally patented technology of the Helrom trailer wagon enables the barrier-free loading of truck trailers. The pivoting loading pocket allows trailers to be loadad onto the rail within two minutes. A terminal is not required for this. A level ground next to the track is sufficient.
